1. Entry Fee $100.00, $90.00 if registered before June 1 2025.
*Includes rafting moorage on Friday and Saturday on race weekend.

2. First section of registration is for boat/skipper information.

3. After the registration confirmation page, you will be taken to Square for payment.

4. Once payment is made, you should receive an email confirming your registration.

5. On the Racing page there is a link to RBR registered boats. Confirm that you are on that list.

6. If you would like courtesy ORC scoring you must send your current ORC certificate to orc@biyc.bc.ca

Everyone should have a sail number, or some large identifier on their sails. Without a sail number, a boat may get an incorrect finish time, if multiple boats cross the finish line at the same time. See the link to BC Sailing to get a number assigned for you boat.

Waiver and Release

All participants in this event do so at their own risk, and by completing this entry form the skipper and crew of each entered boat specifically agree to Indemnify and hold harmless the Bowen Island Yacht Club, its organizers and its agents, officials, servants, sponsors, and representatives from and against all claims, actions, costs, expenses and demands in respect to death, injury, loss, or damage to any person or property, howsoever caused arising out of or in connection with the participation in this event, notwithstanding that the same may have been contributed to or caused or occasioned by the negiligence of the same bodies, or any of them, or their agents, officials, servants or representatives. I represent to the Bowen Island Yacht Club that my vessel has liabiltiy insurance currently in effect. Skippers also agree to be bound by the Racing Rules of Sailing(latest edition), with the Sail Canada Prescriptions.
