Bowen Island Yacht Club was founded in 1987 to encourage and organize sail training, sailboat racing, and social activities for boaters living on Bowen Island and the immediate area..

Major Activities of the club include the popular Round Bowen Race, Spring Race Series, Devil’s Tankard Fall Series and a Summer Sail Training program.
